As your looking at all those baby bedding sets you have to choose from, how many times do you find yourself saying or thinking “Aw, that is so adorable.”  Baby bedding sets are adorable, which can make choosing one very difficult.  Many considerations can factor into your decision-making.  First, and many times foremost, is it a boy or a girl?  Second, will it match and/or compliment the décor you already have in the baby’s room?  You definitely want it to match the crib itself.  Third, is it pleasing to your eyes and taste?  Yes, it is for your baby, and you want the color and design to be pleasant for them, but you also want to feel comfortable and satisfied each time you walk into your baby’s room, or spend time in their room, rocking them to sleep, changing their diaper, or singing them a lullaby.  One thing you can be certain of, there are a lot of beautiful and unique choices out there for baby bedding sets.  You just need to find just the right one for you and your baby. 

The choices in designs seem almost endless when shopping for a bedding set for your baby.  Of course, if your having a boy, you probably want to stay away from such colors like pink, peach, purple, and such patterns like butterflies, flowers, and princesses.  That won’t be hard to do, because there are a lot of choices for precious baby boys.  You can find baby bedding sets in colors like blue, green, yellow, and red.  Also, you can find them with designs like fire engine trucks, frogs, bugs, farm settings, safari themes, or other types of animals, like bears or dogs.  You can also find them in various patterns, like plaid, stripes, or patchwork. 

There are many designs and colors to choose for your precious baby girl, as well.  One very popular design is called “tropical punch”.  The colors are of mauve pink, pale yellow, and a soft orange.  Designs like bugs, bees and ladybugs especially, frogs, farm and safari themes, would also work for girls most of the time.  Yet, some designs that are specific to a baby girl would be, flowers, like a popular design called “Pocket Full of Posies” or “Secret Garden”.  Also specific to a baby girl would be anything in pink, like the “Princess Pink” or “ABC Plaid”, which comes in pink.  Anything in pastels is normally geared towards baby girls. 

Another feature that may be important to you when looking at baby bedding sets is the size.  Make sure it’s going to fit your crib.  Know what size you need before you start your shopping.  Also, how much comfort will it provide for your baby?  Are the pieces of the bedding set soft and cozy?  Will it keep your baby warm at night?  Most are of good quality, but you want to be sure.  Do some research on the various designers and companies who make this item, and see who offer the best quality.
